Two things we cannot help with. We are not Pocket Option and we have no access to any trading account, so we cannot check a balance, chase a withdrawal, reset a password or release a bonus — those go to the operator's own support channels. And we do not give personal trading, tax or legal advice; for tax questions in particular, speak to a qualified chartered accountant.

A warning worth repeating: no legitimate support agent — ours or anyone else's — will ask you for a password, an OTP or remote access to your phone. Numbers advertised online as a "Pocket Option India helpline" are a known fraud pattern.

If your message is time-sensitive, give us the page URL and what you believe is wrong. Documented corrections get priority, and we credit readers who catch a genuine error if they want the credit.
